Renault's popular Captur crossover has spawned a new limited-edition version featuring an exclusive body color and a more original interior.
The exterior of the Captur Wave is painted Pearlescent White, whereas the interior has a more upmarket feel, according to Renault, mostly thanks to Chrome Frost trim, but also the special upholstery with blue top-stitching.
The 'Wave' spec is based on the Intens trim level and includes 17" black alloys, Wave badging, blue roof decals and door mirrors, Platinum Grey front and rear skid plates, dark-colored dashboard and front door inserts, special upholstery and front door sill protection.
The French automaker is also introducing the TCe 120 petrol engine to the Captur range, in conjunction to a six-speed manual transmission, though customers more interested in features rather than performance can now enjoy the Techno Pack as well - rear parking camera, electrochromic rear-view mirror and the R-Link Evolution Multimedia system.
A choice of four body colors are available for the 'Wave', such as Pearlescent White (exclusive to this version), Platinum Grey, Pacifique Blue and Marine Fume Blue.
Order books for the limited edition crossover have already open in France, where customers can still choose the power unit that's most to their liking and go on to fully personalize the car - as they would any other Captur version.
