 Volvo and Polestar has taken the wraps off the new S60 and V60 Polestar Scott McLaughlin Edition.

Available exclusively in McLaughlin's home country of New Zealand, the special editions feature body-color side skirts, black alloy wheels and a black grille surround.  The model also has an individually-numbered plaque and embroidered headrests with McLaughlin’s signature.

While the changes are relatively minor, buyers will also receive an exclusive track day experience where McLaughlin will teach them to "properly drive" their new car.

Like the standard model, power is provided by a turbocharged 3.0-liter six-cylinder engine that develops 350 PS (257 kW) and 500 Nm (369 lb-ft) of torque. It is connected to a six-speed automatic transmission and an all-wheel drive system which enables the S60 Polestar to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 4.9 seconds before hitting a limited top speed of 250 km/h (155 mph).
Production will be limited to 10 units but there's no word on pricing.
