 Ford of Europe is introducing new Black & White Editions of the Fiesta and Ka, offering exclusive and stylish exterior and interior designs.

The Black & White Editions offer a sophisticated, personalised design with a black body with white detailing, or a white body with black detailing; as well as white detailing inside the car. Both colour schemes deliver a classic look with a fresh, contemporary appeal, which also reflects trends in fashion and technology for pure, uncomplicated styling.

“Black and white is a timeless combination that evokes thoughts of chic 1960s style, and now inspires the design of products from consumer electronics to training shoes,” said John Mcleod, chief designer, Vehicle Personalisation, Ford of Europe. “White is a clean, pure, simplistic colour that contrasts perfectly with sophisticated black. We’ve used that simple combination to deliver distinctive Fiesta and Ka models with a charismatic twist.”
 
Fiesta Black and White Editions
The Fiesta Black and White Editions are offered with a Panther Black body, Frozen White roof and white mirror caps; or Frozen White body, Panther Black roof and black mirror caps. Both colour choices are available with 15-inch black alloy wheels featuring white styling inserts – patented accessories exclusively available from Ford – and also with optional 16-inch black alloy wheels.

The interior features white stitching for the seat trims, leather steering wheel, floor mats, and handbrake gaiter and leather handle. The steering wheel spokes are presented in white – as are the gear lever surround and door grab handles.

The new Fiesta Black and White Editions are offered in 3- and 5-door bodystyles in Trend specification, and include Ford’s SYNC voice-activated connectivity system as standard.

Fuel-efficient engine options
The Fiesta Black and White Editions can be equipped with powertrains including the three-time International Engine of the Year 1.0-litre EcoBoost petrol; 1.0-litre Ti-VCT; 1.25-litre and 1.4-litre Duratec petrols; 1.5 litre TDCi diesel; and 1.6-litre TDCi diesel delivering 3.6 l/100 km (78.5 mpg) fuel efficiency and 95 g/km CO2 emissions.

The new Black and White Editions follow the introduction of the Fiesta Red and Black Editions, which offer fashion-inspired design combined with a 140 PS version of Ford’s 1.0-litre EcoBoost engine. Ford has received more than 3,600 orders for Fiesta Red and Black Editions since launching the model in June 2014.

The Fiesta was the No.1 selling small car in Europe again last year. Customers purchased 308,999 Fiestas in Europe in 2014, making it the top-selling small car in Europe for the third year running.
