‘Fast & Furious’ Lamborghini Aventador is for Sale

There are a few different camps in the sphere of Lamborghini ownership. One group dares not think of ever corrupting the sanctity of one of Sant’Agata Bolognese’s raging bulls. Oakley Design likely fits into another group, because when the Aventador came out boasting 690 horsepower, they thought “No, no, no” and cranked that figure up to 760 horsepower. A total of five Oakley Design Aventador LP760s came to fruition, and now you can own the first of the breed, which also appeared in Fast & Furious 6. You might need to take out a few loans first, though. The used Lamborghini is up for sale at Supercar Driver for the sizable £250,000 ($389,000).

According to the posting on the group’s Facebook page, the car – number one in the series – features $70,000 worth of optional extras including a carbon fiber body pack (used to replace various plastic parts), a GT3 rear wing, Oakley Design P40SC wheels, as well as an upgraded ECU and exhaust. When Oakley Design developed the limited run series, it offered a rear-wheel drive conversion for the supercar, though we’re guessing this one didn’t get that cardiac arrest inducing treatment.

As a result, the Aventador doesn’t benefit from that 158 pounds of weight shedding, though it does snip around 79 pounds due to a revamped intake and exhaust system. The original wheels and exhaust are said to come with the car, in case you do ever want to dial back on the intensity. Otherwise, the Lamborghini shows a mere 6,000 miles on the odometer and sports a clean bill of health following a major service from a week ago.

Considering that a new Lamborghini Aventador hardtop will run you close to $400,000, perhaps this is a deal in disguise.
