Eau Rouge, the signature corner of the famed Spa-Francorchamps circuit in Belgium, is synonymous with daring, commitment and speed. Instilling breathless wonder among spectators and sheer exhilaration among drivers, the Eau Rouge corner has seen some of the most incredible driving feats in Formula One history. There was simply no better inspiration for our vision of a high-performance variant of Infiniti’s Q50 premium sports sedan.
The Q50 Eau Rouge concept, which premiered at the North American International Auto Show, offers a tantalizing glimpse of potential future performance models. The concept unites two of our passions — executive luxury on the road, and performance prowess on the track.
The beating heart of the Q50 Eau Rouge is a twin-turbo 3.8-litre V6 engine with 560hp and a predicted top speed close to 180 mph. It pays homage to the very pinnacle of motorsport competition, Infiniti Red Bull Racing’s RB10 racecar.
