After performing an elegant, but typical, Teutonic makeover on the 2015 Audi TT Coupe, ABT Sportsline decided it was time for the Roadster variant to suffer the same treatment as its sibling. Of course, since both cars are practically the same, we all kind of knew what to expect - in terms of performance – from ABT’s latest drop top gem.

But wait, it gets better. Unlike the TT S and its feebly 370 Nm of torque, ABT’s version parades 70 more. That’s a total of 440Nm cramped under…. something. We don’t really know where torque hides, but we do know it’s accountable for the car’s 4.9 second sprint from 0 to 100km/h (62mph).
With great power, comes great responsibility, but according to ABT, the car is balanced and agile thanks to the upgraded and slightly lowered suspension. New springs, stabilisers, wheel spacers and high performance tires make sure the car is a joy through the bends. Although, maybe the quattro system has its merits too.
Anyway, in case you were looking to buy a TT S, look no further; ABT Sportsline has built a perfect one.
