2015 Mini One 5 door 1.2-liter 3-cylinder 74 hp

 Starting from March 2015, Mini will introduce the entry-level One First 5 Door model, which comes equipped with a 1.2-liter 3-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine producing 75PS (74hp) and 150Nm (111lb-ft) of torque from 1,400 rpm. 

With this entry-level engine, the Mini One First 5 Door needs 13.4 seconds to go from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph). However, more relevant for an entry-level model is fuel efficiency, which in the case of the One First 5 Door is rated at 5.2 l/100 km (45.2 mpg), with CO2 emissions of 121 g/km.

That’s partly due to a newly-developed 6-speed manual transmission which is said to offer optimized efficiency, reduced weight and a high level of shift comfort.

The Mini One First 5 Door is the seventh engine variant of the new 5 Door range, which now includes four petrol and three diesel engines with outputs ranging from 75PS (74hp) to 192PS (189hp).
